The Great Hall:
Capacity: 400 persons standing / 170 persons with Tables & chairs
Rental Fee: $400.00 (for 6 hours/day)
Refundable Security Deposit Fee:
We require a refundable security deposit of $200 for any incidental charges.
Additional Fees:
- Outside of normal operating hours, there is a $20.00 per hour security charge (example: $20 each hour after 7:30 pm during Monday through Friday).
- Saturday and Sunday reservation requires a minimum of 3 hours at $20 per hour.
A community based organization may request a partial or full fee waiver
Priority and Discount for Viet-AID members.
Library and Other Meeting Room:
Meeting space is available for 5 to 30 persons upon request
Payment Methods
• Security deposits are due two weeks prior to your event
• Full rental fees are due on or before the event day
