VietAID had more than 50 youth, residents and staff participate in the City of Boston’s annual Boston Shines Clean-Up on Saturday, May 3rd. Youth from VietAID’s VSPY after-school program cleaned a vacant lot on Geneva Ave across from the Fields Corner T station, which had long been neglected and unused. Teams of youth and adults cleaned residential streets in the Fields Corner neighborhood. Afterward, everyone celebrated their hard work at a cookout sponsored by VietAID.
