Since August 2006, Viet-AID has managed the Lenane Building in Fields Corner, a historic four-story commercial building located in the heart of Fields Corner. Viet-AID’s 18,000 SQ community center and its affordable housing developments, which includes Faulkner Circle, Toledo Terrace, 1392 Dorchester Avenue are included in the property management portfolio. Additional developments will expand Viet-AID’s commercial and affordable housing portfolio in the coming years.
