Ms. Quynh Dang, President
Ms. Quynh Dang has been an advocate for immigrant education, economic and health access. She has been a health educator and curriculum developer, and is experienced in running culturally and linguistically accessible domestic violence intervention and outreach programs, conducting program evaluation, and training. Ms. Dang currently is the Director of the RISE Program (Refugee and Immigrant Safety and Empowerment) at the Department of Public Health, where she provides training and technical assistance to 15 immigrant domestic violence programs in Massachusetts. She is a founding board member of the Massachusetts Asian AIDS Prevention Project and of the Vietnamese American Initiative for Development.

Ms. Hue Nguyen, Vice President
Ms. Hue Nguyen is an architect at Payette in Boston, MA. She earned her Master of Architecture from the Rhode Island School of Design and BA in Art History from the University of Memphis. She has exhibit her artworks in galleries and museums across the country. During the past four years, she has have been guest critic for architectural studio at the Rhode Island School of Design, Boston Architectural Center and Wentworth Institute of Technology. In addition to her experience in architecture, she also has a background in museum operation and teaching having worked for the Rhode Island School of Design, Dixon Gallery, Brooks Museum of Arts and Memphis Museum System. Ms. Nguyen is also an active member of the Vietnamese American Women's League of Massachusetts and Boston Society of Architect.

Ms. Hang Nina Nguyen
Ms. Nina Nguyen is a solo practitioner with an office in Fields Corner. Prior to opening her own practice, Ms. Nguyen worked for a small law firm in Allston, practicing in the area of real estate, family law, landlord tenant, and business organization. Ms. Nguyen graduated cum laude from Suffolk University Law School May 2003. While attending law school in the evening, she worked as a legal assistant in the finance department at Bingham McCutchen LLP. Prior to working at Bingham McCutchen, Ms. Nguyen worked as a public relations coordinator at the Massachusetts Office for Refugees and Immigrants. Since 1997, Ms. Nguyen had volunteered for Viet-AID. She also interned at Boat People SOS, Phillip Brooks House Association and Greater Boston Legal Services-Asian Outreach Program.

Mr. Nam Pham
Mr. Nam Pham is currently Vice President at The Property and Casualty Initiative, LLC, a community development loan fund. He is responsible for making small business loans in Massachusetts. He was formerly the Vice President for Commercial Lending at Citizens Bank, focusing on Boston community businesses. Prior to that, he served as Morgan Memorial Goodwill Industries' Vice President of Program and Services from 1999 to 2000 and as Commissioner of Massachusetts Office for Refugees and Immigrants from 1994 to 1998. Mr. Pham also is a member of several Boards and Associations, including United Way's Special Fund Committee, Beth Israel-Deaconess Hospital's Board of Overseers, and Federated Dorchester Neighborhood Houses. Nam earned his BS degree with a concentration in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management. Mr. Pham received his MPA in Political Economy from Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government.

Ms. Trinh Nguyen
Ms. Trinh Nguyen is currently the Director of Development and Public Relations for the Boston Women's Fund. She holds a Master of Science in Human Services and Master of Arts in Telecommunications and Development Studies. Trinh was formerly the Resource Development Manager for the Mayor's Office of New Bostonians and the Director for CAPAY. She brings much experience in program planning and development, fundraising, community activism and advocacy, events planning, and research skills.
Ms. Mai Le Libman
Mai Le Libman has dedicated her personal and professional experiences to improving the lives of others in underserved communities domestically and internationally. She is currently an independent consultant for non-profits, while also managing the operations at Wall Street Prep, a financial training firm. Previously, Mai was a Senior Analyst at Abt Associates where she designed, researched, and evaluated a number of social and economic programs. Prior to Abt Associates, Mai was a Research Analyst at the World Bank, where she evaluated capacity building projects in Africa and regional development programs. She also held a position at the Social Security Administration conducting research and analysis on the effects of proposed policy changes on Social Security programs. Mai graduated from Bowdoin College with a double major in Government and French and a minor in Economics, and from Princeton University with a Master of Public Affairs.
