The Vietnamese American Initiative for Development Inc. (VietAID) cordially invites you to join us for our annual New Year’s Day Flag Raising Ceremony on January 1st, 2018 at 9AM.

Our New Year’s Day Flag Raising Ceremony celebrates and shows respect for our flags, representing the country the Vietnamese refugees and immigrants came from and where they have come to make their new home. We pay tribute to our community and its members, who have worked hard to overcome struggles and commemorate the many accomplishments that we have made over the last few decades.

We will begin with a flag raising ceremony, followed by the national anthem. Light refreshments will be served.
