Located right around corner of Fields Corner T Station, 1460 House was once an office building and included a bar called Mickey’s Place. It was renovated after purchase by VietAID in 2006. After completion in 2008, 1460 House has 43 units with 4 stories, including 12 one-bedroom apartments and 31 studios. There is 6,274 square feet divided into six condominium commercial units on ground floor. There are commercial condo units owned by dental office, gift/jewelry/electronics store with two storefronts, a café, convenience store, and small office.

19-21 Faulkner Street

19-21 Faulkner Street was built in 2002 and is conveniently located near the Fields Corner T Station. The building replaced a vacant lot next to the Fields Corner T Station and its construction was in keeping with transit-oriented development. It is close to Dorchester Ave, a bustling area with a variety of shops, cafes, and more. It also neighbors a community garden, the Peace (An Binh) Community Garden, on the corner of Faulkner and Freeman, created to help preserve open space and promote cultural diversity through gardening initiatives. 19-21 Faulkner Street is a three-story building with a total of 6 units: 3 two-bedroom apartments and 3 three-bedroom units, with two apartments per floor. It has 9 off-street parking spaces, including a handicapped space.

Bloomfield Gardens

Built in 2011, Bloomfield Gardens has 27 total units with 4 studio apartments, 2 one-bedroom apartments, 17 two-bedroom apartments, and 4 three-bedroom apartments. It is located on the corner of Bloomfield St. and Geneva Ave. and its amenities include: a community room, kitchen, bicycle storage room, laundry room, 13 parking spaces, and outdoor green space. The building also meets LEED-Silver guidelines for energy and environmental efficiency, including drought-resistant plants and a white roof that reduces cooling costs and saves money. The Massachusetts Housing Partnership provided some of the funds for the building project.

1392 Dorchester Ave

1392 Dorchester Avenue Dorchester, MA 02124
Located near the cross streets of Dorchester Ave. and Greenwich St., 1392 Dorchester Ave. sits in the heart of the largest Vietnamese enclave in the Boston area. VietAID teamed up with Caritas Communities to build this 12 single-room occupancy . The original wood-frame structure at the site had been vacant and fire-damaged—it has since been gutted and made handicapped accessible. Construction was completed in 2004 and VietAID became the sole owner in 2005. It includes a ground floor retail space.

Upper Washington Apartments

331-337 Washington Street Dorchester, MA 02121
Recently built in 2017 in the Four Corners neighborhood of Dorchester, this building has 35 affordable residential units with 1 four-story building and 1 three-story building that includes mix of one-, two-, and three- bedroom apartments. There is 3,200 square feet of commercial/retail space and 48,000 sq ft total. The development was built on one private and nine city-owned parcels of land. The building includes a gym, community room, laundry facilities in both buildings`, playground, and 25 parking spaces
