Mr Ton That An passed away on Saturday, October 21st, in Pearland, Texas. Mr. An was a Boston Vietnamese community builder throughout the 35 years when he was in the Boston area. Mr. An helped shaped the Vietnamese American community in Boston, understanding the intricacies of homeland politics and working as a diplomat with many community groups.
